ABOUT DR. GALEN

DR. GALEN prides himself to providing surgical excellence and outstanding patient care

DR. GALEN is a native of Los Angeles and has practiced Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Beverly Hills since 1995. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of California at Los Angeles and completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City.

Dr. Galen is board certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, as well as a member of the California Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the Los Angeles Dental Society where he serves as the chairman of the Ethics Task Force. Dr. Galen is a General Anesthesia evaluator for the California Dental Board.

In addition, Dr. Galen is the president of the Advanced Treatment Planning Dental Study Group. Dr. Galen serves on the attending faculty in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of California at Los Angeles School of Dentistry and Cedars Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles.

Dr. Galen is married and has two daughters and a son. He enjoys spending time with his wife and family, and spending time on the water sailing and racing.

Our assistants are OSHA and CPR certified and continually update their knowledge with training and continuing education programs.
